Well both I guess, but I meant real BBQ.  Carolina BBQ.

We have actually ruled out roasting whole pigs in our yard. Although I agree with you about Carolina BBQ and how it is the best.

I mean, we had to draw the line somewhere, and that seemed like a good place to draw it.

We're nothing if not reasonable.

IF, I've actually had semi-decent BBQ around c-ville, although not the best I've ever had and being a heathen northerner, I'm certainly no expert.

Perhaps you guys can roast a pig on your balcony? Hehe.

Or in your fireplace?

Yeah, lol, I guess no whole pigs in your packyard is reasonable.

But sadly, I don't know how.  I'm sort of a yankee transplant, but I love BBQ.

Don't think we have a patio, balcony, or fireplace though.

Man I can't wait to get back to the south.  Virginia or not, Nova is about as southern as Maine.

I was in Maine for my undergrad. I wouldn't wish those winters on anyone. Other than that, it's great. But there is definitely a reason I keep moving further south.
