My brother's fiancee (she was seriously flipped here)  "I can't believe that everyone in their family has like 5 kids each!!!"

A couple hours later "I think I would have 4 kids."

Given the fact that I don't have an iota of maternal instinct, they're probably not worth the time, energy, money, or stress -- especially since I've noticed I don't like kids until they can have a coherent conversation about politics and/or good t.v. shows.  (This would also explain why I can't stand most adults, either.)

Why doesn't adopting matter?  It may have a distinct impact on the total number count.

Why doesn't adopting matter?  It may have a distinct impact on the total number count.

because 2.1/per woman is the replacement rate, and if you adopt, thats a baby someone else had..

Right but I'm saying one affects the other in some cases, but I get your point.
