Halfie is allowed to give me a hard time.  We share a common bond over immature (but completely hilarious) late-night cartoons.

And I'm a nerd.

Raw scores ranging from 84 to 99.
Mean is around 94. Median is 93. Most frequent score is 92.
Scores have been trending DOWN for me. Last 10 preptests in order: 94 94 98 94 98 92 95 93 92 90
I'm doing quite badly on the PrepTest I'm doing today...so I expect the downward trend to continue.
This kinda sucks.

You're overstudying.  Take a bit of a break, then come back to it.

I took a one day break, scored raw 98 on preptest I took yesterday. Took another one today and got raw 94. I think I've gotten a handle on the recent tests.

I'm starting to see an incredible trend in not only my practice scores, but also in the way in which I go about making these scores...

Test 41: -9 on LG (166)
Test 33: -6 on LG (169)
Test 34: -8 on LG (167)

Amazing.  In EVERY SINGLE one of my last 3 tests, a -0 on the LG would have yielded a 175 (even with all the scale differences).  Oddly enough, overall I feel pretty good about the LG, but it seems like I don't get through the "easy" games quick enough, forcing me to rush through the last 1-2 games.

I've already done tests 40-49, so I know the games are now much easier (I usually miss 1-4 on the recent ones), but since I basically taught myself the games using earlier tests, the older, and supposedly harder, games slow me down just enough to cause my LG score to drop.  Overall I'm very pleased though, it's been a long journey since my 153 in June, and I'm very very excited to take this test again.

^Hey thanks for answering my e-mail...jerk!  I was bored at work.  No really though, I'm curious about the question I asked in the e-mail, so respond!

The games finally clicked for me last night - well, not completely, but more so than in the other 4 or 5 full tests I've taken.  Getting -7 bumped me up to a 167, which I would LOVE on test day.  My scores before last night have fluctuated from 160-165.

It helped that I got a perfect score in RC.  If I could only stop the stupid mistakes on LR, games might not be such a huge deal...

In any event, my LG Bible arrives today.  I have a week to cram, and I took Friday off from work to relax and look stuff over casually.  Nothing crazy.

I was worried because my scores were going down, but they seem to be starting to inch back up again.

167 (cold), 169 (taken in sections), 165, 163, 161, 171, 168, 164, 170.  I don't have them in front of me, so the order might be off a bit and I think I'm missing one, but the numbers are right.  And when I looked at it, my highest ascores are the ones I've taken Saturday mornings, the lowest on Friday afternoons after work and classes.

I've gotten LR down to 3 or fewer in every section, and RC down to 0 or -1 each time.  it's those games... one screw up tends to mess up my entire score.

I've been bouncing around, 165 diagnostic, 174, 168, 171, 173, 164 (?) is what I've been working with. The last one was pretty discouraging and I'm not sure quite what to think about it. What is more upsetting is that it was a recent test (Oct 04) I'm wondering if I just got burned out or what, I've had a lot on my plate lately.

164 looks loke an outlier to me.

I forgot 174 in my earlier post.
168 yesterday, 178 today.  the inconsistency is driving me mad!
