Sometimes I feel like I'm in the SNL skit where the guys is always five minutes behind the conversation... but then he finds a time machine in the bathroom, and boom, he's witty!  So there ya go: time machine.  ;)

btw: wish I had your LSAT, its only a few points higher and could of made my life so much easier for the last couple of months.

That will make you go nuts. It's pretty much lose-lose....or you could think of it as your sanity verses your wits. Which do you prefer?

wit is about audience, too.  Your grandmother probably actually thinks you are cutting edge in the humor dept., even if you have the personality of sand paper.

If your witty stories aren't going well, try adding in "and then I found $20." That way, even if your audience isn't charmed, they're listening.
