Yes, it is fair,  When every startup or company management thinks for growing their business. Then management or owner thinks. Before startup, they make a strategy or plan for making the target. My brother who is the principal of a new startup school. He is also an owner of the school. He always searches on google on how to promote their business or school promotion with the help of more to more student can come to know about the school. He makes a saas business plan. He makes strategy and plans for growth. He gives a lot of google ads and promoted our own school website for our selected area.
