OL summer internship - State attorney or Public Defender?

OL summer internship - State attorney or Public Defender?
« on: May 04, 2010, 02:06:33 PM »
Hi
I am a college graduate but not yet a law student (will apply this fall).
I have 2 offers to intern at either the public defender or state attorney's office (not in any particularly important district).

What should my considerations be for picking either? How would either internship affect my chances at big law?
If i never want to work for the govt/as a DA then should I not to the DAs office?
Is either more (relatively) prestigious than the other?

do whichever one is more interesting to you.  neither will "look better" to law schools, the only benefit would be to make connections for future employment.  So, your best bet would be to pick which one you're most interested in and might potentially want to work for in the future.

I wanted to be an intern too.. but I gave up my job after I decided to learn more about seo marketing sphere. I've read a lot of reviews essayreviewexpert.com/review/edubirdie and choose the best one on this site. I know that now I have enough information to earn money.
