I have been researching the requirenments of the FYLSE in calif. I have some questions that maybe somebody on this site can enlighten me on my current understanding. In reference to the firat year law student exam that one has only three chances to take the exam when offered, after they become eligliable to take the exam. In the event that a individual does not pass withinn the first three attenpts of taking the FYLSE, but passes the exam on a later attempt that individual will only receive credit for 1 year of law school. can an individual who has experienced this can that still continue on in law school and still be able to take the regular bar exam? even though it took more that three attempts to pass the FYLSE? thanks to all who enlighten me in my quest to enhance my knowledge
