You want them to know anything and everything they can possibly know about you.  If there's room, put it on the app if you're actively involved in it.  The questions are pretty straight forward from what I remember... Job (type, hours, duration), Extra currics (leadership?, amount of time devoted, etc).  Just give them what they ask for  

Credited.  And while soft factors are just that, soft, I think mine helped me considerably, fwiw.

And Kasm is right about still needing the basic numbers.  While my softs, I think, were a huge factor, they still would not have let me through the door if my numbers were not within range.
