Is it possible to work from home as a patent attorney?
I'm applying to law schools(night program) to become a patent lawyer.
I have a master's in organic chemistry and currently a stay-home-mom with a 10 month old baby.
I want to stay home with my child but also would love to have a career as well.
I wonder if there is a mom out there who is working from home as a patent lawyer.

I know what you mean; I hope to stay home and work.  I do know one patent agent who has her own independent operation because of her children (a few companies filter their overflow work to her), and I think she generally works from home, but has an office as well.  She worked for big law firm (Fish) and a small boutique for about 6 years before she started up her own thing, so she was already trained in the area.

Hi there...
I am currently working as a paralegal at a large DC law firm in the Patent Litigation group. One of the attys I work with not only was pregnant while practicing, but now she has two sons ages 4 and 2.  She is very successful...just wanted to let you know that it is possible!
