how does it differ from a fresh grad who worked her way through college?

"Non Trad" appears to be euphemism for old fart... I'd highly respect any law school who has the gusto to just refer to me as such.

hmmm i worked my way through college...last six years of "real" experience working full time during the day and going to school in the evenings...last three of those at a very stressful, extremely fast paced, huge growth etc job...so you are right...there are exceptions  ;)

I think the main difference between most people who work through college and people with work experience is that the former is not usually a career that the person plans to keep. However, there are plenty of people who have careers while in school and I'd say that experience is comparable to any post-UG experience.
