Does anyone know how UCLA places in DC (if that's what I wanted)?

There are not many UCLA grads in DC. W&L seems to place better there than UCLA.

I seriously doubt it.  Maybe more W&L grads have DC jobs (because more of them want to work there) but if a UCLA grad and a W&L grad w/similar class rank are seeking a given job in DC, I'd put my money on the UCLA grad.  Without hesitation.

There's just no comparison in prestige betweeen the two schools.

I've deposited at Michigan where I'm getting $18,000/year.

I just got a call from Penn that was basically along the lines of "We'll accept you if you say that you'll attend."  I told them I'd need to know what my financial aid package was before making that kind of commitment, so apparently they're working on that and will be calling me back.

Anybody have any thoughts/advice or comparative knowledge about the two?
