I saw someone submmit a picture called rage comic (actually there isn't rage guy in it but he use the tool which helps to make rage comic), and it's consisted of only four snapshot pictures from Inception(i hope you all know this film) with short funny dialogues added by the anonymous.

I think it has infringed on the film(Inception), though the anonymous have not got profit from it.

what do you think?

Black Law Students / Adidas and three stripes trademark
« on: November 10, 2012, 07:59:25 AM »
Does anyone know some cases about any company or anyone protesting for the registering of the famous trademark 3-stripes(you can find it almost on every product of ADIDAS) ?

by the way I don't mean the infringements happen after the trademark have get rights over 3-stripes.

thanks a lot!

I major in law as an undergraduate in China, and I hope to major in Oceanography as an graduate.

Do you heard of anyone majored in Oceanography before they major in law?

You actually bothered to look up tribbles? You have never heard of Star Trek?  Wait, how old are you? How is that even possible?

Not everything mentioned has a quantifiable definition.  Yaya and henway, for example.

You're seeming amazingly two dimensional here, like a hiwoo. ;)

well it was screened in 1966 and I was born in 25 years later, although I know it is famous until I checked out its chinese transformation just now ; ) , I think it is not that interesting for me.

two dimensional ? umm, do you mean what I said image my mind is two simple as you are three dimensional?

by the way, who is hiwoo?

boy, girl, or yaya?
what does yaya mean ??

that otherwise male republican with miniature testicles, which most of them.  neither boy nor girl, identified by interest sending others fight wars they not willing fight.

sheesh.  next you probably going ask what henway.

I....googled Tribbles and checked it out in Wikipedia. I think I have known it thanks;)
I never heard of Star Trek ever, so I did not get you when you talked about tribbles and yayas blahblah

"Hey dude! Do you know where I can get a henway?"
"what's a henway?"
"Oh about two and a half pounds."
it's an old joke.

right, each week on the civil procedure class, the teacher show us a joke about chaffing lawyers , they are all black humor which I can hardly get across  ::)

Let me get this straight: there are people that think T.V. shows are educational?  Its just a show, not designed to be anything other than entertaining.  What could you possibly learn?

I like Star Trek, but other than social satire and criticisms, which is present in any worthwhile piece of lit or film, I'm not expecting to learn anything about physics or molecular bio.  Boston Legal is funny and entertaining, but that's about it.

I see, actually I prefer films to T.V. shows .

scott turow much better on this.  of course, he lawyer.

thanks for recommendation ;)

I try to learn as much as I can from Louis Canning on The Good Wife. He's such a good lawyer.
yeah, I have heard about it and it was recommended by our professor ;D

Not to learn; just for fun.

I prefer film like My Cousin Vinny(screened in 1992) , not too long and enough for fun ;)
