I have two of my grades so far, and they are very good (my school has a weird grading policy). I thought I had gotten a D in legal research and writing. I literally handed in the final 1/2 an hour late and did not get to finish my pincites, but I really did not do bad at all. I think you're right to be content, because as long as you're in the middle of the pack, you can move on up, but they won't kick you out for being at the bottom (my school asks the bottom 10% to leave i've been told).

Good luck on the rest of your grades and next semester.

I don't know if they're considered supplements, but the Law in a Flash cards on Estates and FI, and contracts were very usefull for me, especially down the stretch. I desparately needed the civ pro cards, but could not find them. I also found the E&Es very useful.

Transferring / Transfer to NYU or Columbia?

Hey ppl. Does anyone have any insight into whether it might be easier to transfer to Columbia or to NYU from a T2/T3? Is one or the other more numbers oriented or focuses on ECs or whatever. Any info would be appreciated. Also, how much weight do schools give to rec letters from Alumni?
