I'm pretty bad at parallel reasoning. Can someone please explain how the correct answer is A? I selected D.

Can someone help me with this one? How is E "Basing a marriage on naturual affinity will ensure that will endure" the credited responce? How can a marriage be ensured to endure unless mutual respect is present as well?

In the conditional reasoning section, i'm not sure I understand why question number 5 on page 154 is diagramed differently than question 7 on 155. Can somone please explain it to me?
