Title: T3 to Colorado Schools
Post by: Sverige on January 11, 2011, 02:26:05 PM
Hi All,

Does anyone have experience transferring to either of the Colorado schools (Denver-Sturm and UC at Boulder)? Living in Colorado is a dream of mine. I am currently 20-25% after my first semester at a T3 school with only one class bringing me down.

Also, is seeking a change of location a compelling reason to list in a transfer app?

Will it help  if my wife has been accepted to the schools MBA program?

Finally, does being wait listed on my initial application have a positive impact in my transfer application?

Thanks for the responses,

I know a guy from my tier 4 that transferred into Denver. He was in the top 20% and another girl also transferred to Strum as well and she was somewhere in the middle of the class. I believe a big reason why was her husband lived in Colorado. It can definitely happen and I imagine the people best equipped to answer your question would be the schools themselves.
