Title: Transfer to an online law school
Post by: MAJ. Lee, Awsome. on December 27, 2010, 04:31:32 PM
People here cry saying their main reasons for "quiting" lawschool was coldrooms, mean profs/students :'(,

so why not transfer to an online one to finish up the degree and have at least something to show for the wasted chunk of your life and debt?

The ABA does not recognize any online law schools to my knowledge, so taking the bar exam in some states would be impossible.

The California Bar recognizes some online schools. However, in California you don't even necessarily need a law degree to pass the bar. I imagine a CBA online school would be more than happy to have an ABA student transfer in.

Plus, if you do not like cold rooms, mean people, etc., etc. why even consider law as a career?  You kind of need to be a social animal to be a succesful lawer.
