Title: Going to a PI Fair Tonight. How Can I Impress Potential Employers?
Post by: ,.,.,.;.,.,. on November 20, 2008, 06:54:05 AM
 ???

Anything I can do to make myself stand out?  It's informational, so I'm not allowed to bring a resume.  But I'm very interested in the Attorney General's office, and I'm wondering whether anyone had any advice about sticking out from the crowd at these events.

I have no PI background, if that matters, but I spent time as a recruiter.

Whoops, I meant the US Attorney's Office, Northern District, and Cook County State's Attorney Office.

Rookie mistake.  :-[

Are you from Illinois?

The key to getting a 1L US Attorney's internship: convincing the office that you want to be an AUSA sometime in the future.
