Did Chicago sink a bit? Penn too? Still seems like MVP fit together more.
Still, the minor shifts in the T14 seem pretty insignificant.
If this is true, glad GW moved up, and hope the administration finds that all the $$ they gave out was worth it, but it all still seems the same as last year to me.
Has Vandy always been ahead of UT?
