This is excellent.  This guy is quickly becoming my favorite poster.

People here dislike Penn A LOT!  It was anything but unexpected.

I wouldn't say that people dislike Penn, I just think they disagree with its current ranking in the USNews.  The fact that it's tied with Chi seems to ruffle a bunch of folks' feathers.  That doesn't mean they think it's a bad school, just that it's a bit over-ranked.
