Ugly toll free number burial ground--did you know?

Did you know that there's a dumping ground where unsightly and unmemorable toll free numbers go to die? It's true. And that's why your area code keeps getting changed.

The toll-free numbers make great compost and the fertile soil they leave behind is used to plant DS3s.

There is a server that handles the porting of telephone numbers between carriers. Sometimes it gets overloaded. That's why you never showed a missed call for that one voicemail you got.

Have you ever seen a cell phone salesman with a mustache?

It's prohibited by FCC rules. The mustache hairs redirect and interfere with cell signals when the salesmen exhale.

I was made to dig in the graveyard on Friday. It was terrifying and I barely survived.

Did you know -- this thread once had posts by persons other than myself. Hard to believe, but true.

I like it like this.
That's cool how you referenced a case.
