confused. LS reports?
« on: January 04, 2008, 04:58:00 PM »
just started submitting apps today, and am really confused with the activity in my LSAC account and what it shows. I've ordered 4 LSAC reports so far, which is listed under "Number of LSDAS Reports you ordered,"  however only ONE of them is listed under "Law School Requests and Reports Sent" - and that one was definitely NOT the first one i submitted... so what is the difference between these two categories?  someone please help a very confused little boy out.

If I understand correctly, you ordered 4 reports, which is what shows up next to "Number of Law School Reports on Your Account".  One of the schools you applied to has requested an LSDAS report, and it was sent out by LSAC/LSDAS, which accounts for the 1 next to "Number of Law School Report Requests".  LSDAS does not necessarily send out reports to schools in the order to which you applied to them.  HTH.

but shouldn't ALL of them being requesting my law school report? isn't that the whole point of me having ordered that "Number of LSAS Reports Ordered"?

They will request them, it just might take a couple of days.

Exactly.  It just takes time but the requests will come in.
