Setup for Feb 2000 LG #2

Hi,
Can someone help me with the master diagram for LG #2 in the Feb 2000 Preptest (Section 1)?
It's a pure sequencing game, and I'm not understanding the the last two rules, which are conditional statements. The inferences I'm making are tripping me up for all the questions. I just need a little help with the main diagram and the inferences.

PM or respond? (Whichever is more convenient.)

Once you see those rules regarding M,S, and P trigger each other you can also see that either M-S-P or P-S-M has to appear.  This isn't necessary to solve any of the games, but it might make them easier.  I saw this right off the bat, for some reason, but I usually don't try to look for things like this because I waste too much time. 

I'm far from an expert, just sharing my experience. =)

THANKS SO MUCH, JEFFORT!! I get it now. I knew that the 3rd and 4th conditions triggered the same thing, but I got confused as to how V and R fit into the whole sequence, but now I see it clearly. Thanks for the clear diagrams!
