Anyone have a quick second to glance over an LSAT addendum?

I have an LSAT addendum and if you volunteer to read it you might get a good laugh at my expense! But I seriously need a little help as to how to word my situation and whether or not that is the best explanation to use or not. Thanks! Just reply here and I'll PM it.
