scholarship interview attire

Ladies, this may seem like a dumb question but, what are you wearing to scholarship interviews? I'm assuming a suit will be appropriate but there is a tour and class sit in afterwards, and I just want to make sure that I'm not going to look like a tool. Thanks.

For any interview, wear a suit.  Period.  Who cares whether you look like a tool to the students - you aren't trying to impress them!

is a scholarship interview anything more than meeting with an adcomm to talk?  if so, you better dress up.  otherwise... at one particular school I toured, I wore jeans and an untucked button-down shirt.  they still gave me a scholarship increase.  i don't think the adcomms care too much what you wear.  the other prospectives might.
