wally, thanks?  anyway i found out today my property prof doesnt give a dang about lost/mislaid/abandoned; i believe her position on this when we discussed it today was "this area of the law is too subject to the idiosyncrasies of individual fact patterns, around which judges will mold their rulings in order to arrive at something that is fair to those particular parties.  just think about policy instead!"

know any 2L's who had her?  maybe they could give you suggestions.  i would throw things out but con law classes can differ so much from each other that it might be counterproductive.

You'll do fine in comparison to the other USCers.  Just try to chat her up a little and ask decent questions about what she expects.  I think it's toolish to do such things, but you have a decent reason to chat.

Also, it's going to be a high of -1 tomorrow here in Chi-town.  The low will be a blistering -20.  And that's F.  I wish I was kidding.

i have that this semester as well.  i feel your pain. 

if you come up with any brilliant ideas about it, let me know. The reading material and prof for this class have set a new standard for boring.
