I agree.  I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago.  I couldn't even access the site from home.  It's fixed now.

This happened to me once.  It's probably a result of sharing a tor node with someone.  It clears up quickly and those that cry wolf look as stupid as those who think of Anthony Ciolli as a poor Penn student.
