Seems like a good way to get their attention. Everyone else should do it. Then they'll HAVE to pay attention. They are usually pretty good at looking at the "moderator" requests.

That's great, but I think it would be more effective if you wrote "FREE PENNY LANE!" in gasoline on your front lawn and set it alight.

Thanks for hitting the Reply To Mod button.  In the future, if anything like this happens the sooner you hit that button the sooner we'll be alerted to the problem.

I checked the admin log and the user Pennylane has not been banned.  If her IP is being blocked for some reason (happens randomly sometimes) then we'll figure it out and remove the problem.
