ITT you discuss biglaw cutoffs at some mid-T1 schools

It's not about defending my law school. W&L is not my law school. I'm only considering the school. The problem I have remiz22, is when someone(ie. botbot) goes on a W&L ASW Open forum thread(a thread detailing the campus visit open forum day) and rips on the program. It confuses people who are seriously considering the school.I agree with you, and your point is valid. I was just hoping there would be a degree of maturity on this blog that every prospective law student could honor. Obviously, I was wrong.

Anyone know what Big Law $ is for Tampa area?

Not sure how current it is, but infirmation puts first years in Tampa at anywhere from 95K-125K.

I understand and respect your POV. But in my opinion, people who are smart enough to be in a position to attend W&L law school can marshal arguments presented on this board. Botbot's angle is clear and any poster who would use his (or anyone else’s) criticism as a decision making device is foolish.

I personally believe that posters advancing a certain law school must accept the possibility that other posters will offer a different (often critical) perspective on that school.
