Bombed December LSAT. When should I submit my application?

This is for Fall 2008.

I just took the LSAT in December, but I won't be getting in anywhere with my score. I want schools to consider my February score. (Schools that I'm applying to take your highest score). I have all my transcripts sent into LSAC and I'm working on the Personal Statement and Letters of Recommendation.

So if I want them to see my February LSAT score with my application, when should I hit submit?

I would wait and apply the following cycle, and put off the LSAT until June.

EDIT; but MTG's point, I think, is that for many schools, getting them your app by March 1 (which is about when the Feb scores come back) is too late since they've already filled their classes and will just WL you.  And some schools won't even consider February scores in the cycle at all.  So again, be careful.

You can always try for the 2008 cycle and if you're not happy with the results try again next year with a lot more experience under your belt.
