What are some good books on law school?

Has anyone read Turrow's 1L? How accurate is it?
Are there any similar books?

Eh, so far I've found those kinds of books to be a little overdramatic, and some of them are certainly outdated.  I really feel like books can't prepare you, you just have to tough it out.  1L especially, it's a decent read, but not incredibly accurate as everyone will cope differently with law school.  Some people thrive off of the challenge, the work.  Others buckle under the pressure.  You'll find out when you get there.

I recommend Ivy Briefs. It's probably the most accurate portrayal of the law school experience.

I like Law School Confidential, even though it's a bit dramatic.
There's some good advice in there.

1L was entertaining...not sure how accurate, but entertaining nonetheless.

I will second Law School Confidential. I found it informative and interesting, and a decent read. I picked it up while i was deciding to go to school, and it's pretty straight-forward about the reality of applying and school itself. It was quite helpful in studying the LSATs and applying as well.
