Details of said scholarship?
I go this email:
" am writing to alert you to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Legal Opportunity Scholarship Fund and to Tulane Law School’s long-time policy of matching this scholarship award.
The ABA states that “the Scholarship Fund is intended to encourage racial and ethnic minority students to apply to law school and to provide financial assistance to the scholarship recipients.” I encourage you to go to the ABA’s web site at
www.abanet.org/fje, and click on ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship Fund to learn more about the scholarship and to apply. Applications go directly to the ABA and must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2008.
Recipients of the scholarship receive $5000 annually toward costs of attendance at an ABA-accredited law school. Tulane Law School will match the ABA award for scholarship recipients enrolling at Tulane. (This is in addition to any other scholarship funds awarded by Tulane.)
We are delighted that you have applied to Tulane Law School and encourage you to apply for the ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship, too. Please let us know if you have any questions about Tulane’s “match.”
Sincerely,
Susan Krinsky
