Yeah, what he's saying is that if someone took the test on Saturday (disclosed) got the same test as someone on Monday (non-disclosed), assuming they *actually* disclose the Saturday test that the said someone took on Saturday, the test Monday is effectively disclosed as well (being the same).

I think it's a non-issue.  If the test for that person on Saturday really was the same as the one for the Monday test-takers, there's no way they'd disclose it to that person.  They'd apologize, offer to let them take another disclosed test (maybe), and give them their score as if they were a Saturday Sabbath taker.

holy *&^%. this is HUGE

because there were post mortem threads here until yesterday and if sabbath takers looked at the threads, it would have been an easy 170+

woah, thanks for letting me know...i was trying to figure out why so many people in my room did not look typically Jewish (I can say this, because, I am one)
