I might get into a few more schools in the lower T14 but Georgetown is very appealing. It has the largest OCI in the nation. It's the top school in the second largest legal market in the country. It's within spitting distance of the Capitol and the SCOTUS. It has great clinical opportunities.

Who here knows for sure they'll be attending GULC?

I'm definitely going to GULC. I appled ED for f/t & p/t.

Ended up making p/t so i'll deal first year and hopefully transfer to f/t asap.
Does anyone have any advice ??

When did you get your acceptance? What are your numbers?

I don't know that I'm "definitely" going but I will say it is in my top 3. The opportunities mentioned above are more than enough reason to seriously consider attending GULC. Thus far, pending other acceptances, what worries me most is money. Georgetown is not known for being generous in that regard

My online status was updated on Friday... I tried loggging into the admitted students site on Tuesday, & it worked. A friend heard that they allow admitted students to access the site, 4 days after their status has been updated. However, I didn't actually get a letter until Wednesday.

My GPA is 3.96 but my LSAT was a 166 (probably why they put me in p/t).

Have you heard anything about switching into the f/t program and how soon i can do that? I've read that its generally easy to do it but it's card for me to believe that anything is "easy" in law school.

As I mentioned in another thread, I've been able to access the admitted students site since the beginning of the week but still no letter in the mail 
I don't want to jump the gun, because my LSAT isn't exactly on par with GULC (164) but if I'm in it's definitely a top choice for me. It's such a long shot though that I really don't want to get my hopes up only to be let down.

No, just full time. That's why I'm still so skeptical... if I am admitted it must be some sort of mistake or total miracle. I think I've got good soft factors/GPA, but still, I wouldn't have even applied with my 164 if I hadn't gotten a fee waiver.
*sigh*
But if I'm not admitted and I can access the admitted students site only because of some glitch in the system, I think I will be pretty bummed out

heh, i doubt its a glitch to be honest but sit tight. I actually received a greeting card the weekened before i actually got the letter. I was freaking out and called to find out if it was a generic card sent to all applicants. The woman told me that it was only for admitted students.. so i got my answer over the phone

3.96/166 and you applied ED to GULC? You must really like GULC because people with those numbers have gotten off Harvard waitlists before, albeit with spectacular softs.
