Have any of you heard back from Gonzaga?   A lot of people on LSN completed their applications a lot later than me and have already heard back.  Some people with higher number, and some with lower numbers.

Good lord, I know my letter was mailed on Tuesday, and I still have not gotten it... I'm going to go nutty if it doesn't show tomorrow.

Anyone else in this boat?

South Texas.  I've got a T1 acceptance,  but their trial advocacy program is calling me like a Siren...

Does anyone have information about South Texas school of law or Houston as a place to go to school and work and live?

Love this thread! Long time reader, first time poster..

Has anyone heard from South Texas College of Law, or know about how long it takes after going into review? I'm also curious about whether they call, email or only send letters. I'm in love with that school and am getting anxious waiting to know my fate!

Grats to all the acceptances and thanks for all of the helpful advice in this thread.  :D

I applied sometime in January and just got the letter yesterday (3/7/08).  It came in a small envelope with a single sheet saying that I was accepted and that I should contact the financial aid office if I need assistance.

Please tell me what you like about this school.  I applied for it but really didn't think too much about it until now.  What attracts you?  I do not know anything about it.  I have an offer to Barry in Orlando also, and I am trying to decide between those two at the moment.  Any insight?

Well, I finally got my STCL acceptance!

It is a lot better and a lot cheaper, I think, than Barry.  Despite the T4 ranking, it has about the 4 or 5 ranked trial advocacy program. If you are cool with living in Houston and its immediate area, it's a great place to go.

I applied to 11 schools... 3.61/150 LSAT

As of this past Saturday...

IN: University of Tulsa School of Law
OUT: Florida Coastal School of Law

Praying for NEW YORK LAW SCHOOL, RUTGERS-NEWARK, or SETON HALL LAW (all Part-Time)

I'm surprised you didn't get into Floria Coastal.  You're probably better off, from what I hear...but whatever.

What is your top choice?  I think I've decided on NYLS.  I don't want to go part-time at SHU, even if I do get it.  Only because of the fact that the scholarships I MAY be awarded only go to full-time students.
