Letter dated 11/20ish. Meaning they decided in three weeks!!!!

My numbers were barely WL material. but they had a little handwritten note on the bottom of the letter.

I'm freakin ecstatic!

(Did not expect this at all. I opened the envelope thinking it would be "Your file is complete". Read the word "Congratulations" over and over and over again. Gave to my mom to confirm. This is NUTS)

or something along those lines. apparently everyone got a little note, highlighting one thing or another. cl;early the soft factors/WE got me in despite the low numbers

Got my official acceptance today; nice note about my academic record being "stellar" despite my abundant campus involvement...also asked if I'd stay semi-local w/ them in DC. Nice.
