I have to say that I'm proud of 2010 that there are still so many of us representing on LSD. :)  I think Jolie's the only one left for 2009.

See, sometimes I lurk...and post...

But I'm a much less public figure than the incredible Jolie. And since I'm not even there this semester, I won't meet anyone until I'm about to graduate. How's everything going this year? I was bummed about Kennedy also...

Soooooo bummed that he came on a Friday during callback season. :(

ME TOO!!!!  and I made a point of saying that to like everyone I interviewed with on Friday"  "It's so disappointing to be interviewing today because..."

Those are some jobs I won't be getting!

ME THREE!!!

I only mentioned it to one interviewer though.  This semester has been so busy.  I feel like I'm not part of the school community right now.  :(

I was in the Kennedy class...

...suckas!

And if it makes you feel any better, Flyaway, my room mate was in the same Kennedy predicament (had interviews this weekend).

I resemble that remark.

I didn't bring it up during interviews, but I was decidedly disappointed.

I wonder if I can get the OP to convert this into a 2012 thread.

Or maybe he should make a new one.
I hate science because I refuse to assume that a discipline based in large part on the continual scrapping and renewal of ideas is unconditionally correct in a given area.

Hey did anyone see this: http://www.abajournal.com/weekly/no_lsat_allowed_in_michigan_law_schools_special_admissions_program

I'm waiting for someone to say that this violates the equal protection clause or something.

I think it's a fantastic idea.  The number of people who get 3.8+ from Michigan is not that high, it allows Michigan to boost its USNWR rankings, and has other benefits as well.

I'm not a big fan.

If it's really 5-10 people it's probably not going to affect our stats much....unless the ugrads from UM historically have horrific LSAT scores or something...and even if so.

The way I figure it, if you're serious about law school, you should be able to take the LSAT and apply everywhere.  This whole not being able to take the LSAT to be a wolverine scholar thing seems very limiting.

Besides...if we had to take that rotton test, everyone has to take that rotton test!
