Is PT 45 RC passage 4 unusually hard (Aboriginal Rights in Canada)?

I had in mind questions no. 23, 24, and 26.  Or is it just me?

Without actually looking back at the passage, my score sheet tells me I bombed that section too.

On a side note, why does it seem like every 2nd legal passage in the RC section is about Aboriginal rights?

No, they're all about critical-legal theory or common law.

I didn't think this test was harder than normal. Question #26 was quite difficult, I thought, I got it wrong. But not insanely difficult. #23 and #24 both required that you pick up on the importance of the oral tradition requirement. If you picked up on that, they're easy questions, I think.

didn't think it was the most exciting passage ever, but it seemed typical in difficulty level, although i'm on team wrong for #26
