I have a capitalization question as I make final preparations to apply:

If I am quoting the law school's mission statement, and I have this:

The George Castanza School of Law mission statement reads, in part, "...blah, blah..."

Should the words "mission statement" be capitalized?

Thanks for responses!

I think it's more like:

The George Costanza School of Law mission statement reads, in part, "...yadda, yadda, yadda..."

But to answer your question, I don't think I'd capitalize it, but in all honesty, I'm not sure if it should be or not.

Unless you are responding to a question about their mission statement, I am not sure it would be wise to include a quote in your PS.
