Congratulations! I did my UG at FSU and knew a couple people who ended up at the law school. They like/liked it a lot. They say the professors are great and believe they're getting a great legal education. However, be warned... Tallahassee sucks.

I was accepted Friday afternoon via phone call and got some info in the mail yesterday.  Anyone going to the visit day on Feb 22nd?  Congrats to everyone too!!!

I'm going on the 22nd.

Dot, you're right about UF and FSU, both schools are GREAT schools and both are making strong pushes: UF to keep it's top spot, and FSU to move in to the T1. I do know that there were a lot of people who were very, very surprise when FSU didn't make it in the T1 this past release.

Accepted!! Back in November and got a $5000 scholarship. Is that the base package that everyone receives?

Had to cancel my visit there next Friday.  Does anyone know when they give out most scholarships???  I filled out the (need-based?) form they sent in January including the option of marking gov't/environmental interest.  Have I missed the $$$?

I was accepted back in December and I'm also waiting for scholarships.  I thought I'd get at least some kind of small merit scholarship, but I haven't received anything yet.  I got an email today asking me to apply to some kind of civil rights scholarship.
