Past Disciplinary Actions- Should I report them on my application?

As an undergraduate student, there were a few instances when I couldn't afford to pay my tuition by the school's required deadline. When such an event occurs (past due balances)my university places a financial stop on the student's account, so that they cannot register for future classes, nor order transcripts from the school. The financial stop lasts until the past due balance is paid. Does a financial hold in this circumstance constitute a disciplinary action by the school? Should I attach an additional sheet to my application divulging the times when I had a financial stop placed on my student account? Thanks.

I would guess not, but call the schools you are applying to and ask...It can't hurt to ask!

No. Otherwise it would seem that everyone would be reporting every library fine, etc. I wouldn't consider it "disciplinary action" unless you were suspended, "put on trial," given a zero for cheating, etc. And this is coming from an "over-discloser."
