My decision was made on December 17 and my package arrived yesterday on 1/7. So basically, it could take a while...

I'm sure you already know this, but that could be the very finest avatar ever.

Has anyone who has gone to decision on the status checker been deferred who DIDN'T do ED?  I just went to decision and applied regular app but was frankly expecting a waitlist.  LSN doesn't have any rejections for this year yet so I was wondering if this could be some kind of deferral?

It was just about this time last year I made a similar post (only I had gone deferred, then switched to decision before any other rejections).

I went to decision today on my status check at Michigan. I wonder how long it'll take for them to mail stuff out. This is my first in the cycle so I'm really nervous.

It's hard to say.  I got mine in two days, but I have seen others on here take much longer.  If they mail today, you should have it by Monday.  If they don't really get it in the mail today, it could take you until late next week.  Good luck!

Yeah, I'm really just hoping for a deferral or waitlist.  But I suppose there has to be a first batch of rejections sometime.

Good luck to all who went to decision! I also, just checked my status and there it was DECISION. I'm still convinced it just says complete, looks like my jedi mind tricks finally started working.

This weekend is going to be long. Thank goodness there is football to distract!
