I applied there on 10/18 and still haven't received a "complete" notice. I've only been notified "complete" by about a dozen schools of 30 or so that I applied to last month, so it takes a while for some. Georgetown didn't even tell me anything; I found out through their online status check.

I applied on 9/26 and haven't gone complete so I wouldn't panic.

Anyone have any idea how well UCLA places in areas such as Chicago, D.C. and NY?

Applied 9/12, requested 10/18...and still no complete.  Apparently they don't like to rush.

Anecdotally, my roommate is a 2L barely below median and just got an offer from an V100 NYC firm.

WOW, that's incredible!  How do you like UCLA?  It's def a place I would LOVE to be at next fall.
