Please review the schools I would like to apply to...

Hello all,

Below are a few of the schools I'm planning on applying to within the next few weeks, but I wanted to get some feedback.  My main concern is that I need more target/safties, what do you all think?

GPA: 3.1 (HYP)
LSAT: 159 (oct 2005), 157 (June 2007), 170 (Sept. 2007)
URM (black)
2 Years work exp.

Some of the schools:

American University
George Mason
George Washington
Fordham
Boston U.
Boston College
USC
UCLA

Thanks for the input.  Sorry I failed to mention that I am apply to several reach schools.  I was just concerned that, should none of my reaches come through, I wouldn't have enough safety and target schools, so I was wondering if the schools I had listed could be considered safety/target given my stats.

I don't know about USC and UCLA, but for the others I would say yes.

I think MCB's right though.  Cross out the first two.  Definitely look in T14.  Also, depending on where you want to practice, you may find some regional schools to be a good fit -- ex) Vanderbilt, UNC, WUSTL, etc.

Aim Higher, either go hard or don't go at all. I know my #'s weren't that impressive but that didn't stop me from applying all over the place. The bulk of my schools were T1, hell I had the unmitigated gaul to apply to Yale.

Don't let a website stop you, apply where u desire to apply, make THEM take the time and effort to reject you.
