I have enough LOR's, but I still waiting on my most important recommender. I have approached him twice outside of his office. The first time was about a month after I sent him the info he requested and then I recieved no feedback. The second time I just ran into him when he came into my work. He told my that he wrote it, and that he was waiting for his secretary to look it over. That was over two weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him. Am I making a mistake on waiting and should I just apply? I am getting anxious and feel that I am loosing precious brownie points from admissions commities by not having my app in. I feel his rec will significantly help my application. He is my former professor, was a judge for 10 years, and is an alum from my #1 choice to go to school. Oh what to do? About when in the cycle should I give up on this?
