I would suggest trying to get a letter from a current or former employer or professor and if all else fails, maybe your sister has a colleague or another attorney friend who knows you well that you could use.
This is almost what I wanted to tell you myself
A recommendation from your sister seems to easy, maybe try and get someone else to write it, it would be best.
