LOR forms (needed if going through LSAC?)
« on: October 08, 2007, 04:12:54 PM »
In the spirit of "no question is a stupid question", errr....

Some schools (BU, Cornell) have supplemental forms for recommenders that I have just discovered now that I'm filling out the apps through LSAC.  Are those *required* regardless of whether I'm using the LSAC LOR service or not?

If the answer is yes...and my recs have already been written and submitted...do I just send the forms to my profs now and LSAC will append them to the relevant rec when they go out?

Yikes.  (and thanks!),

In general, the answer is no, you don't need to use those forms.

Read the instructions with each app carefully - there will usually be details on this issue.
