How Are You Dealing With The Nerves/Stress?
« on: September 28, 2007, 08:29:43 AM »
It's the day BEFORE the test and my stomache is queasy. My hands are shaking uncontrollably.  I'm a wreck.  I get this nervous before practice tests too and I'm able to concentrate fine during them, but somehow I think tomorrow is going to be different.  Anybody got any ideas of how to calm the hell down?

That's a good idea, but the last time I went running before the test, I scored a 164, LOL!  I don't know if it was the running or the fact that I haven't really been studying the last couple of weeks.

This is a helpful thread, glad I read it.

I'm doing some computer work today to keep my mind off things. I'll be upgrading motherboard, cpu and mem in 2 computers, reinstalling windows, drivers, software. Two weeks ago I wouldn't have thought this is what I'd choose to do today, but hell, it'll keep me busy.

Play Halo 3 for 25 straight hours before the test, Halo 3 is far more nerves-inducing than the LSAT ;D

I might buy it on the way back from the test..Something to numb my mind, because I'll prob be redoing the problems in my head for a while.
