Dear lord there's less than a week left
« on: September 24, 2007, 08:29:55 AM »
...and my scores decide to get all seismograph on me all under the same conditions

All these under as exact same conditions as I could make them.  And with my grandma srictly timing me (love her)

Jun 04: 173
Oct 04: 168
June 05: 165 (my lowest ever on a timed preptest)

At this point I was seriously considering postponing til Dec.  I was averaging 172-174 on all tests up to 2002

Then yesterday, same conditions:

Dec 04: 171

Wtf.

Help?  Should I postpone til December?  (Again, some background: awful GPA, need 170+, etc)

*panic*

in the same boat... my scores are doing crazy things as of late (174 on pt 45, and then 3 days later, 162 on pt 48 -- wtheck?!) though my average had been in a consistent range of 167-171 before I started taking the really recent exams... also in need of the same advice -- postpone till December, or just suck it up and take it this Saturday?

hey, guys,

i'm having the same experience.  got my practice scores up to 171-176 over several of the old tests, then took newer tests and saw my scores plummet.

june 2004: 179
oct 2004: 169
dec 2004: 173
june 2005: 171
sept 2006: 165 (!!)
june 2007: 165 (!!)

i'm completely befuddled, not to mention quite frightened of what this could mean for me on saturday...

at least it's nice to know others are going through the same thing!

Same here. As test day approaches, my scores have been +4 and -3 from my typical range.

Ahh these huge score spreads are scaring me. If I could score my average on the 4 most recent practice tests, I would be SO HAPPY

Oh my god!!!  Your lowest score is probably around the 90th percentile!!  How awful!!  Good luck, you'll need it!

Wow, bud, I feel for you. That's a massive fluctuation. ;[
