Is it a bad idea to give your professors a business-sized envelope or do schools prefer manila so that the letters aren't creased? Do schools even care?
Lol, I feel dumb even asking, but maybe there's some standard that I just don't know about.

Your professors don't send the recs directly to schools, if you're doing it right. You need to register for LSDAS at LSAC.org and use their LOR service. Your professors will send the letters to LSAC and LSAC will send out your LOR's with the applications.

But what about sending it to LSAC? I think creases can show up in photocopies.
