I am applying to the exact same schools with a 3.46 and a 160.  I don't really know how much you can base on the medians or past years.  My best friend's brother was denied by all these schools with a 3.2 and a 155 last fall which makes me a little worried.  So I personally am not super confident at all.  You never know though
